Information we collect

Your name, email address, mobile number, account security information, payment provider and transaction reference, lesson progress, test responses and certificate details.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the course, verify payment, protect learner access, save progress, provide support and maintain necessary sales and completion records.

Payments

NayaPay and JazzCash process the transfer. Ready for Australia records the provider and transaction reference for verification and does not ask for or store your wallet PIN, password or one-time code.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, authentication and hosting, or where legally required. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for course access, support, security and record-keeping.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your basic account information. Some transaction, test and certificate records may need to be retained for security and proof of completion.
